We use gentle, evidence informed lessons that help your body relearn safer, easier ways to move, whether you’re rebuilding after a major health event that has limited your mobility or just feeling more unsteady. I came to this work after years of trying physio, chiro, bowen, acupuncture, MRI scans, specialist visits, hospital visits and medication without lasting relief. What finally helped was slowing down, getting curious, and learning more comfortable ways of moving and breathing that changed how my whole system responded to pain.
Now I offer a calm, compassionate space where you’re listened to, your body feels safe, and together we explore small changes that can make movement — and life — feel lighter, easier, and more your own.
